The use of compressed air to deskin the nuts guarantees an extremely gentle deskinning. The nuts are moving in the compressed air stream and the deskinning takes place when the nuts touch each other. Compared to traditional brush deskinning machines, there is no heavy mechanical stress on the nut surface.

At the same time, the compressed air stream ensures that loosened skin particles are immediately removed from the nuts and the nut surface is therefore absolutely clean.

The deskinning process takes place as a batch process, which allows to optimally adapt the deskinning to the respective nut type.
